40:31 Wines is owned and operated by William & Shari Price who also own Ten Peaks Vineyard which is located 4 miles west of McMinnville. Their vineyard showcases three Pinot Noir clones and those grapes are the only Pinot Noir used to produce 40:31 Wines. Wines offered are Rosé of Pinot Noir, White Pinot Noir, 3 Red Pinot Noir vintages and 2 Sparkling Wines. And, the sparkling wines are made in the Méthode Champenoise style.
