Family owned & operated business for 20 years. We wanted to provide a fun, new way for people to enjoy wine & came up with our gourmet wine slushy mixes which come in 18 delicious flavors. Our company is stationed in Middlefield, Ohio but our entire line of signature Wine Frappés and other gourmet products can be found at events across the country. We have built a wonderful client base at these events and look forward to returning year after year to introduce new flavors.
We come up with a new flavors & create the recipe & then taste test it to perfection of our gourmet wine slushy mixes which are made with your favorite flavor wine slushy mix and a bottle of a white dry wine & equal parts bottle of water, mix, freeze & enjoy a light & refreshing wine slushy without the need of any ice, mixers or blenders. Now the wine is the original recipe but you can also spike them how you like them from wine to moonshine!

Oil & Vinegar is a successful franchise formula, born out of a passion for only the best food and the highest quality ingredients. Not only do we have a wide variety of olive, nut, and seed oils which are wonderfully paired with a selection of balsamic, wine, and pulp vinegars, but we also offer a vast selection of gourmet products all characteristic of the international countries we represent as a brand. Our products are selected with care and are produced in small batches by traditional family businesses. We make it a priority to ensure our products maintain their authentic flavor – some say you can “taste the Mediterranean sun” in many of our products.
Allan Berry, aka “The Garlic Guy”, has started his own brand. Olivers Gourmet continues the pickled garlic phenomenon with six different versions. Highly medicinal if never exposed to heat, garlic contains allicin, an enzyme that fends off illness, lowers blood pressure and more. Most folks just like to eat as a tasty snack. We also offer pickled veggies, hand stuffed olives and cocktail mixes. YUM!

I incorporate locally-sourced, Oregon ingredients with socially responsible (i.e. “Fair Trade”) chocolate to each of our hand-made batches of chocolates.
