First Taste Oregon 2025 will be January 24-25

LOCATION: Oregon State Fairgrounds – Jackman Long Building, 2330 17th ST NE, SALEM OR 97301

EVENT HOURS: Friday, from 4 to 9 p.m. & Saturday, from Noon to 9 p.m.

SET-UP: Thursday, from Noon to 6 p.m. & Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  All booths and displays must be in place and ready to open one hour prior to public access.  Vehicles are not allowed in the building on Friday. Concession Vendors can make arrangements for earlier access.

TAKE-DOWN: Saturday, at closing – 9:15 p.m. to Midnight; (Security not provided after closing) & Sunday, 9 to 11 a.m.
*All Exhibits & Vendor displays must remain entirely intact until after the Festival closes Saturday*
