August Cellars is a family run winery that likes to focus on more unusual wine varieties. We keep our prices lower, so that we can be your “Tuesday Night Wine”. In other words we want to be able to be the wine you can drink on a daily basis.
We prefer to age the wines for you, so most of our wines are a bit more on the vintage side of things.
The original vineyard launched when ground was broken to plant Gamay Noir in what we now call the Shipman Vineyard just South East of Salem, Oregon. Not too long after becoming farmers and dreaming of making great wine the partners in Benedetto discovered and aquired a mature producing vineyard of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay just outside of Dallas, Oregon. Today the Dallas Vineyard is home to our tasting room.
Benedetto is “The Blessing” of family. As a true family operation, we welcome everyone who works in the vineyards and tasting room into our family where the strength of togetherness, teamwork and love dictate our direction. Focussed on the common goals that customer experience is paramount, and that great wine starts with hard work and passion in the vineyards, our team always strives to bring our customers great wine and great experiences.
Both of Benedetto’s vineyards are family owned and operated local farms. These properties not only produce wine grapes, but are cared for as valued family assets. We value the wildlife and ecosystems we share our properties with and the lands beyond. We live and operate upstream of additional ecosystems and special concern is given to the fact that all of our practices could potentially effect the creatures that share our great drainage.
The Fitzgerald and Marshall families are always excited to share our wine and experiences with you. We sincerely appreciate everyone who has taken the time to get to know us and our wines. Thank You!
Neil & Sue Shay moved to the Willamette Valley in 2010 and after almost a year of searching for a home out in the country, found a six acre homestead nestled into the southwest Coastal foothills of the Willamette Valley in the Village of Alpine, west of Monroe, Oregon. Before moving in, it was suspected the lawn and pasture areas on the property might be a suitable habitat for bluebirds. As a pleasant introduction to their new residence, they were greeted by several families of bluebirds the very day they unloaded the moving van and moved into the house. As a well-known symbol for happiness, Neil & Sue welcomed and acknowledged their bluebird neighbors by naming our property “Bluebird Hill”. Daily, they are greeted by their bluebirds and the other friendly birds that frequent their feeders.
Inheriting an overgrown Christmas tree farm, it took three years to fully clear their land and they began planting grapevines as cleared land was available. Only once the trees started to go, could they truely appreciate the full potential of their property: aside from the long-distance view that Neil & Sue enjoy, the site is absolutely perfect for growing grapes, a warm hilltop site that enjoys gentle summer breezes with southeastern- and western-faced slopes to capture the sun’s energy.
In the early spring of 2013, there was just enough land fully-cleared to allow them to plant their first block of vines, a small plot of Pommard clone Pinot noir. Since then, more plantings have followed each year. Presently they stand at three acres, planted at a high density, perhaps more typical of France than Oregon. Although Neil & Sue love the Burgundian-style Pinot noirs and have many of their favorite Dijon clones planted along with Pommard and Wädenswil, Bluebird Hill wines strive to tell the story that the Willamette Valley is a unique place that can produce outstanding wine, reflecting it’s own special terroir. Bluebird Hill wines are small-lot and handcrafted, and always will be, with a commitment to make distinctive wines from exceptional fruit using a combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques with a focus on detail.
Neil & Sue look out every morning at exceptional sunrises and, after a good day’s work, enjoy the early evening light falling on their young vineyard. The location affords a rare treat …. Gorgeous vistas, a quiet place to sit, relax, and taste outstanding wines. Great wine shared with friends and loved ones is one of life’s joys and Neil & Sue hope that you will pay them a visit, taste the wines, enjoy the views and include Bluebird Hill wines for your own special occasions.

Catman Cellars is proud to contribute to Oregon’s growing reputation for excellence in a variety of wines. Not just white wines and Pinot Noirs, but also fine bold reds associated with some of the most renowned wine regions of the world. Many of our first-time customers are surprised that an Oregon winery can produce such a wide variety of wines of such high quality.
The reason is that vineyards producing exceptional red wine fruit flourish within a few hours of our winery in Newberg, Oregon. We carefully source our grapes from the best of those vineyards to yield the classic characteristics that distinguish each varietal.
In the 1970s a handful of pioneers inspired the winemaking world by proving that Oregon deserved a slot on the list of the world’s esteemed wine regions. Catman Cellars pays tribute to those intrepid visionaries by continuing to build on their proud legacy.

Dauntless Wine Cømpany is a veteran owned and operated winery whose mission is to serve the veteran community through charitable contribution. Located in the northern Willamette Valley, our goal is to craft premium Oregon wine while helping veterans transition from the battlefield to the home front. We are committed to service by giving veterans a professional alternative through viticulture and enology – allowing them to decompress from the stressors of post-war life.
Dauntless Wine Cø. was founded by three Iraq war combat veterans – two Marines and one Corpsman. After years of service, the three founders felt that more could be done for the veteran community.
But why wine?
Winemakers agree that great wine is made in the vineyard, which at its heart is one of man’s oldest agricultural crops. It is well known that Roman Legionaries expanded viticulture throughout Europe to supply the Legion with wine, vinegar, and posca. Soldiering and farming have been intertwined for millennia because both require hard work and attention to detail; while tending the land is perhaps one of the oldest methods of post-war therapy.
Wine just happens to be the reward for dedicating ourselves to one of Earth’s greatest gifts – the grape.
However, wine is only half of the equation, and it is not even the most important half. America is faced with a growing need to serve the veteran community, which is often forgotten and left to their own devices. America’s veterans need guidance from within their ranks. Therefore, Dauntless contributes to organizations that service the local veteran community.
Today, two out of every three retiring farmers are not being replaced, and veterans are needed once again to serve America. That is why we are a proud member of the Farmer Veteran Coalition – a 501(c) organization that assists Veterans in becoming farmers and agricultural leaders in their communities. Dauntless Wine Cø. is committed to veterans through viticulture and enology, allowing them to decompress from the stressors of post-war life.

The Ferraro Family began growing popular Red Wine grapes in the Commune di Montemagno province of Piedmont located in the Northwest corner of Italy in the late 1800s. The Piedmont region is located in the foothills of the Alps, forming its border with France and Switzerland. Today, the Ferraro Family continues this tradition with our lush and full flavor wines. We build on this foundation of heritage on the Nickson family land and unique attributes of our vineyards in the Umpqua Valley.
With almost 4 acres of Pinot Noir thriving in Roseburg vineyards, the Ferraro Family enjoyed their first harvest in 2009. While a few peers felt that this Pinot Noir would be a bit too young, it proved to be a delicious vintage that was smoky and complex. Within the following year more grapes were sourced from southern and eastern Oregon, and more lush varietals were added to the Family’s line-up of featured wines.
In the summer of 2017 the Ferraro Family proudly opened their Roseburg tasting room. People everywhere are now invited to come by and enjoy these fantastic wines and the Umpqua Valley hospitality.
Winery specializing in the production of big bold reds. Our fantastic Pinot Noir comes from Durant Vineyards in Dundee. The rest of our great wines comes from the biggest up and coming wine region in the world…Southeast Washington. Horse Heaven Hills and Rattlesnake AVA’s are home to the grapes that produced our Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Barbera and Zinfindel.
We are a small lot, family owned and managed vineyard and winery in the Umpqua Valley. We offer hand crafted wines made exclusively from grapes grown and processed on our property. Our wines are designed to enhance the enjoyment of good company, to savor with great food and create brilliant memories. Salud!

In 1933, Honeywood Winery was founded by Ron Honeyman and John Wood. It was originally called Columbia Distilleries, and produced fruit brandies, cordials and liqueurs. Eventually, they settled on making premium wines and decided a name change was in order for the winery.
Contrary to the obvious, Messrs. Honeyman and Wood did not use a contraction of their names to make Honeywood, and in fact, objected to the name on those grounds. An advertising consultant provided the rationale with a line from Oliver Goldsmith’s play, “The Good Natured Man,” wherin the products of fermentation were referred to as, “smooth as HONEY…aged in WOOD…the drink of the good natured man.” Honeywood became synonymous with the elite in wines.
A winery must be close to its source of ingredients, and so it is with Honeywood. Located in Salem, in the heart of Oregon’s great and fertile Willamette Valley, the winery is minutes away from some of the world’s finest vineyards, cane berry fields and fruit orchards. Honeywood is the oldest producing winery in Oregon. The winery produces a full line of premium vinifera wines and the most extensive listing of premium fruit and specialty wines.

We believe few things in this world can’t be made better by a glass of wine and an honest conversation between friends.
Located in the heart of Yamhill County Wine Country in Carlton, we produce estate grown Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Tempranillo. We source fruit from Eastern Oregon to produce Merlot and Syrah. We believe in long fermentation and extended barrel aging to create our award winning wines.
We bought Summerfield Vineyards in 2011 and quickly fell in love with the property, and the grape growing process. At first, we only had one wine our Pinot Noir, and last year added two new wines to the list! We now proudly offer Rosé, Blanc De Noir, and of course our beloved Pinot Noir, and we are hoping to add our delicious Sangria to that list in the coming years!
We have attended the Art in the Vineyard for the last two years, and have been so blessed to meet some of our customers! Art in the Vineyard is one of our favorite events to attend, we can’t wait for the 2019 Art in the Vineyard!
Our current focus is creating a gorgeous outdoor space to open up an onsite tasting room so we can share our property and wine with everyone! But until then, we are currently on the shelves at the Kiva Grocery Store!
Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about us!
At TERO Estates, it is our goal to produce small lots of estate wines that reflect the ultimate expression of Windrow Vineyard. Reviving and improving this historic property allows us to follow our passion for creating treasured wines while showing respect for the vines and the people who tend them. TERO Estates sits in the middle of the oldest commercially planted vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley AVA, Windrow Vineyard near Milton-Freewater, Oregon. All estate fruit is hand-harvested and we believe in extra aging time which allows the tannins and acidity to better integrate. This time also brings the nuanced subtleties of the wine to the forefront, something that younger vintage wines aren’t able to demonstrate thus creating a wine that is much more diverse, elegant and a pleasure to drink.
